Johanna M. Weblemoe Scholarship

Applicants must:

• Be admitted to a Health Science Major (Applied Health Science, Health & PE, or Alcohol & Drug Studies)
• Have completed at least 12 HLTH credits with a C or better
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher in HLTH courses
• Is enrolled as a full-time student at the time scholarships are disbursed
• Has at least one of the following:
  – Significant, relevant community service
  – HLTH professional experience
  – Service to the Health Science Department

Applicant must submit a narrative that demonstrates how they meet the above requirements. A DARS and resume must be included as well.
