Applicants must be:

• Must have officially applied for and been accepted in CSET
• Must be accepted as an Electrical Engineering major
• Must have an excellent academic record
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must demonstrate leadership on campus

Preference will be given to students from rural communities.
