Bill Anderson Leadership Scholarship

Applicants must be *admitted *to the Social Work BSSW or MSW programs.

Two awards are granted to BSSW students and two to MSW students.

This scholarship is given to social work students who demonstrate leadership at the University, in the community, and/or within the social work profession. Leadership in social work is the daily application of our core values to fulfil the mission of social work: “to enhance human well-being and help meet the basic human needs of all people” (NASW Code of Ethics, 2021).

A description of your academic abilities and achievements, including GPA, academic honors, and achievements in social work or related courses. 2. Provide specific example, including outcomes achieved as a result of your leadership. 3. A statement of your future aspirations for leadership as a generalist or advanced generalist social worker. 4.
