Bob and Marsha Qualset Civil Engineering Scholarship

Applicants must be students who:

• Have officially applied for and been accepted in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology
• Be accepted as a Civil Engineering major
• Have an excellent academic record
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership on campus

Preference may be given to students from rural communities.
